Damariscotta Hardware is looking for a friendly, reliable Team Member to join our store team. If you enjoy helping people and learning about tools, home improvement, or DIY projects, we’d love to meet you. We are a locally owned hardware store that values friendly service, teamwork, and helping our community complete their projects.

Responsibilities
- Assist customers on the sales floor and at checkout
- Help customers find products and complete their projects
- Operate the cash register and process transactions
- Stock shelves and organize merchandise
- Answer phones and assist with customer questions
- Help maintain a clean, organized store
Additional tasks may include loading purchases, cutting keys or pipe, and filling propane.
Qualifications
- Positive attitude and strong customer service skills
- Interest in hardware, gardening, or DIY projects
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet during shifts
- Availability for weekends and holidays as needed

Compensation: $16.50 - $18.50 per hour
